The FAQ confirms the 40 SC, the Welcome Wheel and the 25 SC Power Boost, which starts the day after purchase. The FAQ's welcome line also lists a "4 posters" item that neither our review nor the Rules explain, so we have left it out. Our review says Zonko does not spell out what a missed Power Boost day does.

The first pack and the Prime+ pass are the best rates, and both make you claim over many days. The $10 to $200 package figures come from our review. Our review also gives 150 SC for Prime+, plus 44,000 GC and 1,000 Stars, while the FAQ says 144 SC, so we use the operator's figure.
Playthrough and Expiry
The Promotional Rules say Sweeps Coins must first be played through in an applicable Sweepstakes Game at least once before they count toward Prize Redemption, which is a flat 1x. Zonko's FAQ and marketing never print the number, so the Rules are where to confirm it.
Sweeps Coins expire under the Rules once an account is Dormant, meaning 60 consecutive days without game play using Sweeps Coins. The Terms give Gold Coins the same 60 day dormancy clock and let Zonko close an account inactive for sixty days or longer. Play some rounds with each coin type every few weeks.
Redemption Terms
- Minimum: 100 qualifying SC ($100) at $1 per coin, per the Rules. The FAQ leaves it out.
- Payout method: a bank account in your name under the Rules. The FAQ says debit card only and our review lists both, so confirm what your account offers.
- Verification: ID, proof of address and a payment method matching your name, with sources of funds checks possible.
Speed and Limits
The FAQ says redemptions typically take up to 72 hours, weekends included, and go only to a valid debit card in your name. The Promotional Rules say payment may take up to ten days, payments over $2,000 may take longer, and payout goes to a bank account held in your name. Our review reports up to 3 business days pending for verification, then 3 to 10 more business days to clear. The Rules are the binding document.
Limits from the Rules: one Prize Redemption request every 48 hours, $2,000 per day and $40,000 per 30 rolling days, and a cap of 5,000 SC on a single play for Florida. The Rules also allow a processing fee limited to the reasonably estimated payment cost, which sits awkwardly beside our review's note that it found no fees. The Terms give you 40 days to supply verification documents.
