Sweepstakes casinos by state

Some sweepstakes casinos exclude a handful of states. Pick yours to see which of the 33 casinos we review actually accept you, from each casino's own published terms.

Playing from your state

Why do sweepstakes casinos exclude some states?
Because a few states treat the sweepstakes model as gambling, or have laws the operators would rather not test. The excluded list is each operator's own decision and differs between them, which is why a state that one casino refuses is fine at another.
How do you know which casinos accept a state?
From each operator's published terms, not from our own testing. Where we have not read a casino's restricted states, we say so on its page rather than implying it accepts everyone. All 33 casinos we review are counted on every state page.
Is it legal to play from an excluded state?
The operator will not let you. Accounts are geolocated at sign-up and at redemption, so an account opened from an excluded state generally cannot be paid out. We do not recommend trying to work around it.
