Yay's own promotions page still carries the old description, so plenty of guides are out of date. Is There a Yay Casino Referral Code?
You get a unique link in your account: log in, open the menu on the left and choose Yay Rewards+. Your existing referral link keeps working after the change. A code from another site does nothing, and the program has its own terms and conditions, which are separate from the ones on this page.
What Qualifies a Friend
- They are genuinely new to Yay Casino.
- They register through your unique link.
- They make a qualifying purchase of $19.99 or more.
- They play across more than one session.
- They do all of the above within 30 days of registering.
- They live in a state where Yay Casino and Yay Rewards+ are available, and complete any required verification.
Once a friend qualifies, you keep earning for as long as they stay active, and they do not need to qualify again. Referrals from the same IP address or device as yours are not eligible, and Yay reviews activity to confirm it is genuine.
What "10% of Eligible Gameplay" Means
Yay's page says the standard commission is 10% of the eligible gameplay your qualified referrals generate. It does not define "eligible gameplay" or say which currency the reward is paid in, only that earnings are credited to your Yay Casino account. That matters: without a definition we cannot turn 10% into a dollar or SC figure. Yay also emails a weekly summary of what you have accumulated so far. Read the program terms in your account before you decide how much to expect.
Why This Is Different from a Bonus
A one-time bonus pays once, and Yay Rewards+ pays only while your friends play. Your earnings depend on how much they play, and their qualification depends on a purchase. We would not encourage anyone to recruit friends for the commission or to nudge them to play more. Yay offers time-out and self-exclusion through its support team, and Coin Packages are optional entertainment.
Contradictions to Watch
- Old wording: Yay's main promotions page still says friends must sign up and buy coins for both of you to receive bonus coins. The Yay Rewards+ page says that program is closed.
- Old totals: some guides describe a flat reward per friend. That belonged to the closed program.
- Existing referrals: friends referred under the old program are not automatically enrolled in Yay Rewards+.
Fine Print
- Redemption: any Sweeps Coins you earn follow the usual rules: 50 SC ($50) minimum, 9,550 SC daily cap and identity verification.
- Expiry: Sweeps Coins are forfeited 60 days after your last login (Rules v1.5).
- Playthrough: Yay publishes no default multiplier.
- Fraud: earnings linked to fraudulent or manipulated activity are not credited.
Version note: the Sweepstakes Rules figures on this page come from v1.5 (September 2025), which is what Yay serves publicly. Yay's site search points to a newer v1.9 (June 2026) that we could not open, so re-check the minimum, caps and expiry in your account before you rely on them.
Where Referrals Do Not Work
Yay Casino's overview lists 15 excluded states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington. Its own documents give different lists: the Terms name five states, the Sweepstakes Rules (v1.5) name nine, and the Eligibility Requirements name three. Yay's help center also says Sweeps Coin play ended in California, New York and Tennessee. We list the 15 because it is Yay's most complete current statement of where it operates. Who Yay Rewards+ Suits
It suits players with a few friends who would try Yay anyway and are already comfortable with a $19.99 purchase, and it is a poor fit if you want a fixed signup reward.
