Both numbers are real and they belong to different offers. This page separates them, works out the SC rate of the reported first-purchase tiers, and covers the verification gate, the 60-day expiry and the 19 excluded states.
What we could and could not verify: Hello Millions' Terms of Service (version 2.3, 15 July 2026) confirm the age, the excluded states and the 60-day coin expiry, but they never mention Sweeps Coins. The Sweepstakes Rules page did not load when we checked, and the operator's redemption page sends players to the Terms for the playthrough and minimum, which the Terms do not contain. The redemption floors, the 1x playthrough, the first-purchase prices, the daily wheel and the mail-in rate are therefore "reported" from our Hello Millions review and third-party sources. Confirm them in your account before you buy.

Some review sites list 15,000 GC as the signup reward. That figure appears nowhere in the operator's own pages, so we use 7,500 GC. The reward lands after account verification, not at registration, so verify early to unlock the free coins and the redemption route together.

These prices and amounts are reported, and the operator's own copy shows the banner offer without a price. The smaller tiers have the better rate, while the standard ladder settles near 1 SC per dollar. Packages start at $1.99 for 4,000 GC and run to $299.99, and purchases are final and non-refundable.
Pooled Jackpots You Cannot Leave
The Terms (5.2 and 5.3) describe Gold Coin social jackpots pooled across the operator's brands. They are part of the service, and the only way out is to close the account. The Terms give no jackpot sizes or contribution rates.
Playthrough and Expiry
The Playthrough Requirement is reported at 1x, with no game-weighting rules found. The operator's redemption page says the multiplier and minimum threshold are set out in the Terms of Service, but the Terms (version 2.3) never mention Sweeps Coins. Treat 1x as operating practice, not a binding term, and check your redemption screen.
The Terms (6.12) expire Virtual Coins after 60 days with no game play, and the Player Safety page repeats that balances expire after 60 days of inactivity. An account can also be closed after 60 inactive days (4.9). The Terms do not name Sweeps Coins as covered, but they do not exempt them either, so play something at least every two months.
Prize Redemption
- Minimums (reported): 10 SC for gift cards and 75 SC for cash by bank transfer (ACH). Another review site lists 50 SC for cash, so confirm the floor on your redemption screen.
- Timing: the operator says requests are "typically reviewed and approved within a few business days". Reported speeds are 1 to 2 days for gift cards via Prizeout and 3 to 5 days for bank transfer, and independent testing has seen up to 10 days.
- Limits: none published in any page we read.
- Verification: Veriff, with an unexpired government photo ID and proof of address issued within 90 days. Screenshots are banned, and compliance reviews submissions within 48 hours. It must clear before any Prize Redemption.
- Extra checks: the Terms allow requests for redacted payment method proof and source of funds documents, and an account can be restricted if requested documents do not arrive within 30 days. Location Services must stay on.
