What we could and could not verify: The figures below come from Crown Coins' own Help Center articles, read in September 2026. The Terms of Service (version 3.0, December 2025) are a California social-play edition that never mention Sweeps Coins, and the Sweepstakes Policy page that holds the prize rules returned an error when we tried it. Playthrough, daily and monthly caps, and the mail-in rate are therefore "reported" from our Crown Coins review, not confirmed in an operator document.
A note on wording: Crown Coins calls its Gold Coins "Crown Coins" (CC). They are play-only, cannot be redeemed and do not convert to Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins (SC) are the balance used for Prize Redemption.

The reward does not arrive when your friend signs up. It becomes claimable only after the friend's total Purchases reach $14.90, so a friend who claims only the free welcome coins earns you nothing.
Steps to Refer a Friend
- Open My Account and select Invite Friend to find your link.
- Copy the link or use the Share button to post it to Facebook.
- Your friend registers through it, since sign-ups without the link cannot be credited.
- Track progress in the same window, then press Claim Rewards.
What Your Friend Gets

The Math Behind the Reward
A friend who spends $14.90 earns you 20 SC, which is well above the roughly 1 SC per dollar on a standard Coin Package. That comparison is our arithmetic, and it depends on your friend actually buying. Whether a friend can qualify by reaching $14.90 across several smaller Purchases is not spelled out; the Help Center says "total purchase".
Playthrough and Expiry
Our review reports a 1x Playthrough Requirement on Sweeps Coins, but no Crown Coins document we read states a multiplier or game weighting. One detail deserves attention: the Help Center says SC only become redeemable after they are "converted into redeemable coins", and Coinback counts only spins made with redeemable SC. It never explains that conversion, so check the labels on your balance before you request a prize.
The Help Center is explicit: Sweeps Coins are valid for 60 days from the date you last logged in, and they expire automatically after 60 days without a login. They can also be forfeited if the account is closed, if it is closed for a Terms violation, or at Crown Coins' discretion. Logging in resets the clock, so a login every few weeks protects the balance.
Prize Redemption
- Minimum: 50 SC, with a fully verified account. Some reviewers cite 100 SC for cash prizes, so confirm it on your own account.
- Approval: 24 to 72 hours, sometimes up to 7 days.

California, Indiana, New York and Oklahoma come from independent lists, and the Help Center still describes redemption rules for Indiana, New York and Florida, so confirm your state before you register. Is the Crown Coins Referral Bonus Worth It?
At $14.90 the spending bar is low compared with most programs, and the 20 SC reward is generous. There is no published cap, but the reward depends on your friend spending money.
